About the Course
When our normal life patterns are suddenly disrupted by a friend or relative's illness, our usual coping strategies may feel inadequate.
Taking care of ourselves is necessary not only to be an effective supporter, but for our own sake, now and in the future.
How can we get back to some stability and create a sustainable rhythm where we don't just survive, but can be the best supporter we can be?
In this workshop we will learn personal skills for taking care of ourselves, and of others.
